A new addition to UD+P, Atwood keeps UD+P buildings and makes sure that residents have everything they need. No matter what time of day or night, Atwood tackles any issue at UD+P’s properties head-on with a smile. No task is too big or too small. Before joining UD+P, Atwood’s experience ran the gamut from commercial fisherman to restaurant and bar management, construction, and owning a commercial HVAC-R/Mechanical company. Originally from Astoria, Atwood’s been a Portlander for 17 years.
As the full charge bookkeeper for UD+P properties, Sara handles the big numbers picture: financial reporting, tracking security deposits and rents, preparing budgets, and analyzing performance. A native of Milwaukie, Oregon, Sara earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at Oregon State University and joined UD+P in early 2013 with 11 years of experience in bookkeeping, property management, and human resources. Sara keeps things running smoothly on the home front, making sure staff and tenants alike have everything they need. An animal lover, Sara is especially glad that all UD+P properties are pet-friendly.
Born in Portland’s NW neighborhood Jade is yet another native that boosts the collective community focus and pacific northwest admiration reflected within UD+P culture. Her multifaceted skill set includes all things real estate. Jade spent the last four years immersed in Portland’s new construction, multifamily market. Her experience boasts a vast understanding of the residential market and it’s trends, her newfound appreciation for commercial territory has propelled her excitement for the industry to new heights. Jade currently resides in the central east side with her fiancé and siberian husky, Fawkes. Interests include coastal weekend escapes, hidden concert halls, and dimly lit whiskey lounges.
Alyssa Sena is a member of an ever-decreasing club of true Portland natives. However, she finds herself in an even smaller group of individuals who take pride in their city and embrace the growth that seems to have many complaining over the boom in population. This unique outlook on her hometown is felt within moments of engaging in conversation. With 2 years of property management experience and nearly 10 in customer service, Alyssa possesses the tools necessary to turn difficult situations into measurable successes. With deep knowledge of surrounding areas, as well as her urban environment under her belt, she’s a one of a kind resource for all things Portland.
